Project Bethlehem Donor Information & Sign Up Form

Last year we provided gifts to more than 400 families thanks to your generosity, kindness and giving spirit.

May God bless you for helping to make a child and his or her family's Christmas a little bit brighter this 2012 holiday season.

Guidelines for Project Bethlehem

The following are suggestions for your Project Bethlehem family. These are only guidelines; we rely on your goodness and your judgment.

Purchasing Gifts

When we interview each family, we collect general information and try to be conservative with what they have requested.

We ask that you purchase two articles of clothing per person as well as one item on the Wish List, budgeting up to $30 for the Wish List item. Feel free to do as much as you can beyond that.

We will provide food for the family so you do not need to purchase any food.

Wrapping Gifts

Wrap each gift individually and tag with the recipient’s name.

Place all gifts in either large trash bag(s) or box(es).

Place the family number you will be given when you receive the information about the family on the outside of the bag(s) or box(es).

If there is more than one box or bag, please label each with the family number and bag/box 1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.

Place a list of all the items purchased on one bag/box.

Delivery of Gifts

When you are called regarding your family, you will be given a drop off date. Please drop off the wrapped gifts at Lazarus House by that date. General drop off times and sites are as follows and will be open as of December 1st:

Monday – Friday 9 am – 6:00 pm, 412 Hampshire St., Lawrence, MA (978) 689-8575

Sat. & Sunday 9 am – 3:00 pm, 412 Hampshire St., Lawrence, MA (978) 689-8575

Note regarding family size: If a family of up to 4 members is too large we are always in need of last minute gifts for families that sign up after the deadline. We are grateful for your help in any capacity and will send you a list of items from our Giving Tree that are used to accommodate these families. Just write a note in the Comments Section, below, that you want to participate in the Giving Tree program. Your thoughtfulness will light up their day.
