    We serve our Guests through programs that include Advocacy, Shelter, Transitional Housing, Soup Kitchen, Community Resource Support, Thrift Stores and our Food Pantry.

    Grants Manager

    The Grants Manager is an essential role in the Lazarus House Ministries (LHM) development team and works closely with other team members as well as with other LHM teams and leadership. The incumbent is responsible to cultivate and maintain relationships with foundation, government, and corporate prospects and funders to secure approximately 20% of the annual overall development revenue to support general operating and program needs. The Grants Manager will work with other LHM individuals, teams and leadership to research, write and track compelling grant proposals and funding requests.
