Lazarus House Ministries - Donations - Planned Gifts

Planned Gifts

By including Lazarus House Ministries in your financial and estate plans, you may increase your current income and provide future resources for areas in the Ministry important to you. Often you can make a larger gift than you might have thought possible, while also benefiting yourself and your family.

There are many types of planned gifts. Some examples include:

  • Bequest
  • Life Income Agreement
  • Charitable Gift Annuity
  • Pooled Life Income Funds
  • Charitable Remainder Trust
  • Real Estate with Retained Life Use
  • Charitable Lead Trust
  • Lazarus House Endowment - A donor advised fund

Assets that can be used to fund a planned gift:

  • Cash
  • Stocks or Bonds
  • Real Estate
  • Mutual Funds
  • Closely Held Stock or Business Interests

For more information, brochures are available on many types of planned gifts. To request brochures, specific gift examples, or other information please contact our Development Department. Lisa Merrill-Burzak or Betsy McNally Leeman will gladly assist you.

Lisa Merrill-Burzak can be reached by phone at 978-269-5212 or by email at Lisa@LazarusHouse.org.

Betsy McNally Leeman can be reached by phone at 978-269-5207 or by email at Betsy@LazarusHouse.org.

A planned gift officer will work with you to ensure that after your lifetime your gift benefits the area of the Ministry that is most important to you.

The planned giving pages are intended to provide general information, not legal or tax advice about specific situations or problems. Consult a lawyer or accountant if you have legal or tax matters requiring attention.
