I love running and nothing feels better than seeing the finish line at the end of 26.2 miles.   Although I have completed several marathons, none of my personal times have been fast enough to qualify me for the prestigious Boston Marathon. This year I was offered an opportunity to run with the Lazarus House Hunger Strikers Running Team. Running the Boston Marathon has always been my dream and this April, with your help, the dream will come true.

I feel humbled to ask my friends and family to sponsor me, but one hundred percent (100%) of your generous donation will be going directly to an incredible charity. The Lazarus House of Lawrence, Massachusetts is located in one of the poorest communities of the greater Boston area.  It provides temporary shelter, hot meals, emergency food, job training, medical services and clothing to those in need.
